This time we will be starting off in Nice, France where we first met over 35 years ago while attending University (and learning to drink wine, live frugally, and generally enjoy life). After that we have a short stop in Milan, followed by a two-week Habitat for Humanity Global Village build in Ethiopia along with 11 other intrepid Canadians from across the country. After the team R&R component we are joining a smaller subset of the group to go to Lalibela, a.k.a 'The Petra of Africa' to view the monolithic stone churches that are excavated from the earth as opposed to being constructed. A short stop in Rome on way back concludes the adventure.
